I work in the customer service industry and... read more found this company to exceed my own expectations! 2020 has been a year of disappointment, but my experience with this team of collision professionals was anything but disappointing which was very refreshing! This family run shop is great at what they do!!! From start to finish - my experience was very pleasant. Dennis took the time to review my concerns and damage and then explained my options. I also had the pleasure to deal with the sharp and organized receptionist/co-ordinator - Nicole...(big shoutout to her!) - extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful! Nicole even arranged my car rental for pick up/drop off at their Paron Airdrie location. Very nice touch! My insurance company wanted to replace my fenders/hood/door/roof with third party parts and very little PDR to other small areas of the truck just to keep their costs down. REDICULOUS! This was very concerning to me as I wanted to keep my vehicle original. Dennis explained that he and his team would work with the insurance company and would attempt PDR first to keep everything original...or they'd replace any parts with parts from Toyota ONLY!!! This was a HUGE relief. All in all, my truck looks amazing. It was returned to me clean and sanitized. Due to the employee(s) who performed the exceptional PDR work, all the parts and paint were saved (except the roof...but still from Toyota!) Kudos to you and your team Dennis! Dennis quoted me a VERY fair price and... read more Nicole was able to book me in quick, and a time that fit our schedule. My truck was finished on time, at the price that was quoted- and Dennis fixed a bunch of extra rock chips at no charge. I cant even tell where the rock chip is on my door. It is hard to come by service like that anymore. I would absolutely go see them again next time I need some work on my truck and would 100% reccomend Paron to anyone requiring autobody work.
